RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY In order to return any merchandise you must first receive an RMA number from our customer service department by calling 925-376-0524 or emailing us at [email protected] You can return any unopened merchandise with the exception of skincare items within 14 days of your invoice date, and receive a full product refund, less any shipping fees. All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not received in its original condition and packaging. Shipping charges to return the items will not be refunded. We highly suggest that any returns be insured as well as shipped with a traceable confirmation number from the carrier of your choice. Any returned package not received by us that is sent without tracking information will be the sole responsibility of the shipper. Any returned items received in a used condition or damaged in shipment will be refused and returned. Shipments that are returned due to a refusal and/or an undeliverable address will have the shipping charges deducted from the refund. If your product was damaged in shipment, please contact us within 48 hours in order to initiate a return. As soon as we receive the damaged product, the same item will be sent immediately. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment. Please allow up to 15 business days to process your return or exchange.
